As you're researching Microsoft MCSE's, you'll probably be in 1 of 2 situations: Maybe you're thinking of a complete career change to the IT sector, and you've found a massive need for qualified people. Instead you're someone with a certain amount of IT knowledge - and you'd like to consolidate your skill-set with an MCSE.

Be sure you see evidence that your provider is educating you on the most up-to-date Microsoft version. Various men and women, it seems, conscientiously work through their course materials (for years sometimes), only to do nothing special when finding their first job. Promote yourself... Do your best to get yourself known. Don't expect a job to just fall into your lap.
